MOTTO

Word of Life, where we get, Word FOR Life.

Hebrews 4:12
“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

MISSION

It is our Mission to preach the Glorious Gospel to families of all cultures and backgrounds. We understand that family is God’s framework for Christian living; therefore, we concentrate on a holistic approach to ministering to the needs of our families, partners, and community. We are dedicated to first Living the Word; then teaching the Word, as we understand that our lifestyle is our most powerful tool of influence, as it relates to our evangelism efforts. We reach beyond the standard norms of ministry, to reach souls that are dying and need to be redeemed and/or revived.

VISION

Word of Life Church has a global vision to impact souls without regard to age, race, creed or color. It is our vision to BUILD the Kingdom of God, while building the people of God spiritually, economically, socially and physically. With this in our hearts, it is our desire to build schools, community centers, healthy alternatives for our youth and transitional housing. We have been destined and super-naturally designed by God to, “Revive Dying Souls, With a Living Word.”

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God.

We believe that there is only One God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and, God the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at His return.

We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ.

We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer.

We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in the present world.
